The building’s aim is to establish a renowned place for eating insects – introducing it to people, building up a better reputation in nowadays life and making it socially acceptable. The architecture is based on the geometry of nodes and rotations and lines. The building is divided into an industrial lower part for breeding, processing and shipping and an upper more opened structure for high end cooking schools and restaurants.
